HOW LONG IS THE PROCESSING TIME?
Once payment has been made, 99% of all orders leave our fulfillment center within 2-3 days. They will be sent to the shipping company and from there it will be completely handled by them.
HOW LONG IS THE SHIPPING TIME?
Shipping times vary for different locations. Shipping for orders in the United States,UK, Canada, Australia and Europe takes 12-25 days. Shipping for other locations takes 15-25 days.
"Please take note that there are some unforeseen circumstances such as customs delays that we are unable to control on our end as well as, some delays if there is an upcoming holiday season."
DO YOU DELIVER INTERNATIONALLY?
Currently we only ship to locations in the US, UK, Canada, Australia and most countries in Europe & Asia.
WHICH COURIER WILL BE USED FOR THE DELIVERY?
For US orders, delivery will be via USPS. For other countries, it will depend on your respective countries' courier services.
HOW DO I PLACE AN ORDER?
Simply choose your color or size if applicable from the dropdown menu on the product page, then click the "Add to Cart" button and proceed to checkout when you are done shopping. Please note that prices displayed during checkout is in USD.
WHICH FORMS OF PAYMENT DO YOU ACCEPT?
We accept Visa, MasterCard and American Express through Stripe. We also accept payment via PayPal as well.

Refund & Replacement Policies :
If you received an item that is damaged or faulty we will happily replace the item at no additional cost to you. Please contact us within 48 hours after receiving yours.
Items may also be shipped in separate containers.
Our store do not accept Returns or Exchanges, once an item has been received it cannot be returned. We can only offer you replacements at no additional cost if it falls under below criteria:

Items are faulty – damaged/broken or soiled upon arrival.
Parcels that is lost in transit.
We do not accept returns or refunds if customer changes their mind after receiving their order(s).
Note: Sewtag will not be held liable to any lost or misroute parcels. Please ensure that all the information you have provided is correct before submitting your order to prevent losses in mail or other mishaps from happening.

Sewtag will not refund nor assume liability for orders that are lost due to incorrect Shipping Address.

Cancellations

You may request a cancellation within 12 hours of purchase. Otherwise you will receive partial refund as we have already started the shipping process. Please be sure to thoroughly read our descriptions and processing times.

Worthy of note: All items we sell, come shipped in different packages since we ship from different fulfillment centers. That allows us to keep our prices sharp and avoids shipping based on the slowest item.
