Delivery Policy

All items in store take 2-5 business days to be processed, Kindly consider that to your estimated shipping time. will NOT deal or provide any services or products to any of OFAC (Office of Foreign Assets Control) sanctions countries in accordance with the law of US.
All orders are subject to availability. In case an item in your order is unavailable, we will ship you the available part of your order, and the rest of it, as soon as it becomes available.
Shipping costs for your orders are non-refundable, and are based on weight of the items you order and your location.
Sewtag cannot guarantee shipping times, due to many factors that commonly affect such as weather delays, holidays and customs inspections.

Europe: 4-7  Business Days

If you find any items that you ordered damaged on delivery, you must contact us within 5 days from receipt of your order.
Multiple shipments/delivery may result in multiple postings to the cardholder’s monthly statement.

Tracking information is available within 1-3 days.

Your order may be delivered to you by either the local post office or a local courier. Depending on your area, most orders will be delivered by your local post service, so the package will be received with your regular mail. If you are not home when the delivery is made, a notice card may be left by the postal service to advise on how and where your delivery can be collected.

There will be no reshipping arrangement made in case parcels are returned for wrong addresses, incomplete addresses and returned due to unavailability
